Born in the Nordics, Position Green was already operating in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark but wanted to expand brand awareness and its customer base in Norway and Denmark. To achieve this, the internal sales team partnered with VAEKST to generate leads and deliver commercial insights through a personalised Nordic approach, while maintaining focus on their existing clients.

Increasing customer acquisition in Denmark and Norway

In response to rising demand for sustainability tracking and reporting, VAEKST was engaged to increase customer acquisition in Denmark and Norway by executing a personalised outbound sales campaign. VAEKST implemented the sales enablement technology needed to support outreach, co-defined the Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategy with Position Green, and executed an outbound sales campaign that split-tested different segments.

70 SQLs within 4 months

Within the first four months of the collaboration, VAEKST delivered 70 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and four market reports containing insights about the Danish and Norwegian markets. These reports provided feedback from prospects as well as recommendations on demand and positioning.
