Based in Sweden, Lime has built a unique CRM system for the European market that transforms customer journeys into smooth, profitable experiences by combining spot-on software and service.
With a strong foothold in Sweden, Lime set out to accelerate growth in Denmark, Norway, and Finland, and reached out to VAEKST due to positive word-of-mouth from a previous collaboration. Lime required a partner who could combine high-quality market research for push campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, and a deep understanding of their ICP. At the same time, they needed a qualified pipeline of prospects.

VAEKST designed and executed tailored outbound sales campaigns across Denmark, Norway, and Finland, covering marketing surveys, memberships, and direct sales of CRM. The collaboration consisted of four main components:
1. Workshops and Strategy
Together with Lime, VAEKST defined the segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) for each market. In Norway, the focus was on large residential and commercial real estate developers, while in Finland the campaigns centred on mid-sized wholesale and manufacturing companies.
2. Sales Enablement
Outreach was adapted to each industry to increase personalisation and conversion rates. For real estate, the pitch focused on Lime’s industry-specific CRM for end-to-end customer journey management. For wholesale and manufacturing, the pitch emphasised ease of use, ERP integrations, and sales productivity.
3. Channels
A mix of phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach built awareness and drove conversions. The multi-channel approach was important in increasing response rates, leading to more interactions, more data, and more conversions.
4. Marketing Insights
Each week, VAEKST and Lime held feedback sessions where the VAEKST team delivered valuable insights to Lime on how to build brand awareness, which topics to highlight in push campaigns, and which trends, needs, and pain points were on the minds of prospects.
